To the lady behind the counter today? thank you so much. I ordered my meal to go, and as I was eating in the parking lot I... dropped my whole thing of fries. I was already having a bad day, and that just made me so upset. I walked it visibly upset, toorder a new thing of fries. Long blonde hair on my waffle fries. Saw long drive thru line, decided to park and walk in. Waited 15 minutes on the line... inside before getting to cashier. Fifteen minutes! The good news is, Mary Lou was so excellent, so good at what she does. She?s a model of customer service. 25 minutes after I placed order to actually get my food. The girl who handed the food saidsorry for the wait and then turned around. I?m sure it was just a busy day. The part that was the final straw was long blondehair stuck to my waffle fries. To their defense, Friday lunch/afternoon is just a bad time to place an order. Crazy longlines. Only one cashier working inside (Mary Lou). Read more

Always dependable with the best chicken and that did not disappoint! Ordered a strawberry shake and they drizzled something... reddish on the whipped cream but the actual shake was vanilla. Read more

My experience reminded me how amazing CFA truly is. I watched Kira, one of your team members, help an elderly woman from her car... and throughout her entire meal. It was so kind and represents the Chick-fil-A way. I hope she?s acknowledged for her amazingattitude. Read more

We won't return. I'm disappointed in the customer service and food. We went through the drive-thru and were not given a menu... option. Just a guy with a tablet asking what I wanted. I've never ate here so without a menu I didn't know. He didn't get me oneafter I asked for one. My daughter spoke up and asked if chicken nuggets were available and he said yes. So that's all we gotbecause no menu, then the guy who took my credit card was rude and not helpful either, and the food was cold, soft, and thefries were old. Read more

The drive thru was adequately staffed. The counter position left something to be desired. Only one cashier. Kid was frustrated... watching others just walk by ignoring the front line that was building. Kid had to do everything himself. This location shouldbe a lot better as it located next to several Kid entertainment establishments. If you come here go through the drive thru youwill get A+ service. If you eat inside hope you aren't in a hurry. Read more

Stopped by the drive through to get some Chick-fil-A about an hour before closing. Cars were wrapped around the building as... usual, but I still received prompt friendly service, and was back on my way home in about 10 minutes max. When I got home, Ifound all of my food to be correct, hot, and tasty. Chick-fil-A has been killing the fast food game for awhile now. This is theonly place that consistently provides great service and great fast food. I?m not saying that they don?t ever make a mistake orforget something, but I do have to say that it is very rare. Chick-fil-A has proven what happens when you take care of youremployees and pay them well, they end up appreciating their job and provide superior service to the guest that they serve. Read more

Chick-fil-A has never disappointed, best and freshest fast food restaurant out there! They have the absolute best customer... service, they?re all cheerful and sweet. We have had their spicy chicken sandwich and their spicy chicken deluxe with fries andmac and cheese, the chicken is AMAZING!! As well as, a salad with avocado sauce which was absolutely delicious!!
