Was not given the Pepsi ordered. Was asked to park aside from the drive-through. Made to wait 20 min with no apology.
The manager Lu McDowell was very nasty and rude. I was in drive-thru for 30 mins and get to the window and my order was was... wrong.. that?s fine.. as I was trying to tell them he slammed the window in my face as I was talking.. I?m still trying tofigure out why because I was more than calm considering the situation.. then he proceeded to tell me he wouldn?t replace myorder if I kept my attitude up.. yet, he was the only one with the attitude.. needless to say I never lost my cool, because Idid nothing wrong but will NEVER go back to Captain D?s on Mt Tabor.. terrible terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quick pick up dinner. Their spicy fish is good. Not real hot. Just right.
Online order. Dining room closed. Had to go through drive thru. Waited 45 minutes in drive thru. I would have said forget it,... but order already paid for online. Food cold by time got to window. I know everyone understaffed, but all I needed to do waspick up order. Only seafood fast food on this side of town. Definitely rethink decision to order next time. Read more
