The first time we tried BurgerFi was in Tampa and it was so amazing we?ve measured every burger since against them. Today we... stopped at Lexington BurgerFi and we will not ever stop here again. Arrived @ 2pm. Big puddle at order line , no wet floor sign. Was told its been issue, yet no sign there. Store was not busyn, 3... other customers. Majority of tables were dirty. Condiment and drink station was filthy. Tea spilled all over it , well nearlydried to sticky film. Ketchup packets sticking together. First time s trying this place and last time. Read more
When we drove up we were the only ones there. We ordered our food, our burgers were hot but the buns were cold - like they were... just taking out of the fridge. Our fries were cold as well. There was a gentlemen making food with no gloves and he was wipinghis hands on his pants - we were told he was making food for himself. Had high expectations for the Burgerfi in Hamburg but when I first drove up I thought the place was abandoned because the shrubs... were over grown, grass had not been cut in a long while, and trees were covering windows. After parking and going inside, theplace looked great and the staff was decently nice. I had read on other reviews to try the conflicted burger which had a veggiepatty and a regular patty so I did. The food came out and looked amazing but I think the veggie patty zapped the taste andtexture of the burger. Fries were great and tea was good. I would try again because the ingredients looked so fresh but pleasemanicure the outside of the place as it is off-putting. Read more
First time we tried this location everything was cold. I shook it off because everyone has off days. Today (try number 2) the... burger was a lot fresher and the fries weren?t bad but I ordered drive thru and when I got home my urban fries weren?t in thebag they just gave me regular fries. The burgers taste great! They gave me a paper straw though. I guess because they want to ban straws. Has anyone ever tried one... of those paper straws? Their not working to good. I've been to a few fast food restaurants in my life. I say what about theplate, what about the carton, what about the knives and the spoons that are plastic? Oh they're alright but the straws we gottaban. You ever tried drinking through a paper straw? They disintegrate as your drinking. If you have on a nice tie, it wouldn'tstand a chance. By the time you get finished the straw is totally disintegrated. Does anybody walk around with a plastic straw?Its not bad.. you whip it out, boom, boom... you never had to do that. Read more
Stopped here for lunch while on the area. This is essentially a premium fast food place. Burgers were very good and I thought... the fries were exceptional. Outdoor and inside seating available with a self serve soda machine typical for a fast food place. Good pick if you are wanting something a little nicer than McDonald?s. Read more
