This is the most trashy fast food restaurant in Lexington. I haven't had one occasion where I've had a decent interaction.... Orders are always wrong and the employees are always rude. Management obviously doesn't know how to do their job. Read more
The guy at the drive through was on his cell phone while taking our payment. When we got our food it was ice cold. So I parked... my car went inside and told the man who had been on the phone ?if you hadn?t been on your phone maybe you would have notice thefood was cold?. He threw the bag of food away, called back to have it remade then rolled his eyes while skating his head. He gotreally mad when I called him out on that. I said ?I can see you! You work in customer service! That?s ridiculous!? So then hecalled back over his headset to cancel remaking my order. Opened the cash register and got my money out. On Dec 15 2021 afternoon, cause it?s very close my home,I took my three children to Burger King. My car had to get a repaired.... We live nearby so we walked the dine in wasn?t open that day,so we went through the drive through but when it was our turn toorder, they said can?t sell food to us cause we walked. I even told them my car had to get repaired and I just wanted to get mykids some food ,but they still didn?t serve us. That?s very bad experience and hurt my feelings,never going to any Burger King.
