Yesterday evening (09.23.2022), we were the only car in drive-thru and a new young lady was running the drive-thru you could... tell because she wasn't getting my simple order correct. The manager on duty totally failed her when she was struggling intaking orders in drive-thru as the manager wasn't behind the counter anywhere and should've had a headset on, listening to thetrainee and she would've heard that the young lady needed help, but nope! Nowhere. No help. After getting our order half across,but rung up wrong, we went to the window to correct it. The girl was very nice and felt bad for not being trained properly and Ifelt bad for her, too, as she had NO HELP from whatever "acting" manager that was supposed to be there. After 10 more minutes atthe window correcting the order, we were pulled up to wait another 5 minutes for our cold food. Why did we even have to wait inthe first place, then to get cold food is beyond me. This location is horrible - terrible every time I gave it a chance...strike three, I'm done. Corporate will be notified of this Monday morning... definitely needs better management and moretraining before throwing someone to the wolves alone... Read more
Stood at the counter while multiple employees looked at me, didn't acknowledge me, and never stepped up to take our order. ... There were no other patrons in the store. After 5 minutes with not a word said to me or my family of 5, we took our business toZaxbys a few doors down. I don't expect employees to care about their job. I don't even care about friendly service. But theydidn't even start the transaction. Avoid this place. Read more
