I had a bad experience here. I'm always a big fan of chocolate fudge ice cream. Today i saw they have the hidden treasure which... sounds very interesting. When i was trying to place an order, i said " Can I try..." the staff cussed me out saying they nolonger offer a sample. I didn't even ask for a sample. I would take a risk trying something new and i never expect to get a freesample. I have no doubt in her empty tip box no more! Read more
My boyfriend and I went into baskin Robbins today and I noticed this girl working in there and last time I was there she was... there working as well. Anytime we go in there she is always rude or disrespectful to someone. She?s about medium height hasblonde and red in her hair . Last time she got an attitude with my friend over a flavor of ice cream . Then today I go in thereand she is constantly rolling her eyes when I tell her what kind of ice cream I want , on top of that she was talking to anemployee she was working with about another worker and was constantly bashing them, cussing, and being loud in front of me andmy boyfriend . The ice cream is good and majority of the workers are good, but this one particular worker seems to give us a badexperience the past few times we have went in there. I believe her name is Lauren ? Went in with my children, one of whom is very allergic to gluten and dairy. Normally ingredients are listed on the little... flavor signs for each product; this is one reason we go to Baskin Robbins regularly. This time there were several flavors withhand-written signs. We asked the girl waiting on us if she knew the ingredients, especially if any of there were gluten ordairy free. She said, "I don't know." Then she looked at the other equally clueless girl and asked her if she knew. Sheresponded in a suoer annoyed voice that she didn;t know either. So we stood there and pulled out our phones and looked up thewebsite and went through all the searching until we found these specific flavors, then clicked on the ingredients and lookedthem up ourselves. All this time these two bozos behind the counter just stood there watching us impatiently. We drove all the way from Taylorsville. The other location was closed so we found this one on maps. I don?t ever write reviews... but felt the need. The workers were teenagers who seemed out out. They had no waffle cones. So gave us cake cones, okay no bigdeal. The chocolate ice cream was so melted they had to put it in a bowl too. Once we got out to the car the cones were so stalethey were barely edible. And then in my husbands come he found two long black hairs embedded down into the ice cream cone. I?venever been so disgusted by a restaurant in my life. They won?t be in business much longer with these things going on. Read more
