Rudest employee Kim gave us such an attitude at the window, gave us nasty looks and then didn't give us all the drinks and... argued that we didn't order it. It's right there on the receipt. I eat here Occasionally and always enjoy my food. Today was something special though. A&W made the freshest, crispiest fries... I?ve ever had - they were incredible? maybe the best I?ve ever had (and I?ve had them in the streets of Brussels). My burger wasgreat, my strawberry shake was perfect, and the sweet tea was fantastic (fresh, and just the right amount of sugar). The stafftoday (3/30/22) really deserve some kudos. Classic A&W taste at a great location. I ordered the spicy papa burger, root beer cream freeze and could not have been more... satisfied with my meal. I did not get the name of the woman that took my order but I believe she was the manager whom wasextremely nice and made sure the food came out perfect. Good choice when you are wanting fast food, but looking for something other than McDonald's or Wendy's. Service was fairly quick... and the inside of the restaurant looks new and clean. Read more
We've been here several times and the service is hit or miss. Seems like they have made some improvements recently to staff and... process. ordered a rootbeer float which they put in a frosty mug, but as soon as he set it on the counter it erupted into avolcano all over the counter and the staff just stood there and watched the mess it made. No attempt to clean it up or make anew one. By the time it was done erupting, the glass was nearly out of rootbeer. They picked it up and handed it to mydaughter and then cleaned the counter. Guess if it explodes it's your problem to deal with. Glad I didn't order this from thedrive thru. Read more
