14 of us left the UGA game in Athens and after working it all day and having to wait till everyone was gone to be able to leave... we were hungry, tired, and in need of refreshments. They had just closed the dining area when we arrived that night but since wewere all a tired church group stuck in 1 van for a long ride home (Augusta Ga) they opened the dinner back up long enough for usto eat and use the restrooms. Food was good. The downside was the Burger King app would not submit my order, and it had a BOGO whopper deal. When I advised... the cashier, she had no idea how the app works, nor how to apply the deal onto my order, so I ended up paying full price. I alsoordered a Hershey pie, and the cashier forgot to put a fork in the bag. The female manager was standing upfront griping at oneof the employees because she was waiting on chicken fries for a drive thru order when the chicken fries went to my bag since Iordered them too. I then asked the manager for a fork and she just glanced at me and walked away. So I had to ask a differentemployee for a fork. Also, when I walked into the restaurant, it took almost 5 minutes for a cashier to come take my orderbecause she was tied up in the drive-thru. Food was great, but very poor service overall. Well normally I don't expect much from BK. Even with that, this location falls flat. We went inside to order. There were 2... customers that had already ordered. No other customers in the store. Their food came out and they opened it up right there atthe counter. They had already sent food back once and this remake was wrong again. The guy stated " look, I paid $25, I justwant what I ordered". The lady that was with him said they had already been there 30 mins and just wanted to go. The guy said"no. It's been this long they need to make it right". Red flags all the way around. I wished I'd just left. However, I didn't...My bad. We ordered 2 meals and an order of nuggets. $21... For BK. The food came out and neither sandwich was right. My Whopper(which I ordered without modification) came out without lettuce or tomatoes. It wasn't hot. The cheese was still cold and thebun was hard as a rock. The chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain add cheese and it came out regular with no cheese. We tookthem back and watched the manager and the cook have an argument about the order. I showed the manager my receipt which clearlyshowed what we ordered and paid for. They remade the sandwiches. However, I watched them make the whopper and then put it in themicrowave with all the condiments and everything on it. AND THE CHEESE STILL WASNT MELTED. I normally won't trash a restauranton Google reviews. My intention was to fill out the BK surgery and let them handle internally. Well, they seemed to cut off thetransaction code on the receipt so you can't complete the survey... how convenient. 730pm on a Thursday night. They had plentyof help as I counted 6 folks plus a "manager" all there. Seemed to me like this was a normal night of subpar food/service. 1star is too much for this place. I guess if you are the only place in town you can get away with this type stuff. Next timedrive the 30 mins each way and get food somewhere else. Read more
This is the best placeat drive thru. The mystery shoppers would not be pleased at all. They are short staffed here in Lexington... ga. They need help here. Read more
Been waiting for 30imutes for our dine in order. When asked why it is taking so long they said we have to cook the chking and... they take 7 minutes, just now starting them. Asked why they are just now starting and they said we don't have anyone to makethem. There are 5 people working and they are getting drive through orders done. Also got orders for people that got here afterwe ordered. This is horrible service. Read more
This location was very nice! It has a fresh and updated look like it has been recently renovated. The staff was very friendly... and professional. As you can see by my pictures? THEY CLEAN! This was the cleanest fast food restaurant I have visited in thepast year. The food was standard fair delivered fresh and hot. I have been boycotting Burger King for the past year andstopped here out of desperation for food in a small community but will definitely consider returning for sheer pleasure of thepositive and kind people who work there! I highly recommend this restaurant! Read more
