This location stole my money and provided no service. Slow service consistently. If you go through the drive through expect a... 30 minute or so wait. The cars behind you will lay on their horn like that is going to help the employees move faster. If yougo inside the wait is a bit shorter but still at least 20 minutes. Just sitting waiting on the food and listening I can say themanagement is severely lacking. The managers seem to like jumping down their underlings throats even when the dining area ispacked with customers. That's awful training and it shows in the service times also. Read more

I've already sent to Whataburger through their websites my concerns and issues. They quickly responded and stated an apology for... the poor service. You have to wait a little longer than expected even though you tell them your ETA. I at times come a littlelater, like 5 or so minutes in case they're busy. But still have to wait and at times go in to the restaurant to find what thestatus is. Last time I ordered from there. They didn't bring out a drink holder for the drinks/shakes. The food, I couldn'tbelieve. I received a burger I didn't order that someone had taken a bite out of it. This go around I received my food, missinga burger. Had to go in again, discovered a lady there who worked for a delivery company and had been there waiting 25mins.Whataburger, per the reply states that they spoke with the restaurant management team/staff. One of the slowest fast food I?ve ever experienced! Waited around 20 minutes just for my single order. Plus was charged a meal... when I only asked for a sandwich and milkshake, which I didn?t realize until I got it especially since when I had tried lookingat the payment screen the cashier asked me twice if it was for here or to go. Excuse me but I would like to see how much thetotal is and why I was charged what I am before I pay for it! Read more
AVOID at all costs. I try to leave positive reviews, however, this needs to be addressed and hopefully it helps the owners get... this restaurant in order. After 20 minutes of waiting for our food (the receipt is date/time stamped), we wanted a refund so wecould leave. After the managers hiatus, I made the request and was told by her she?s not authorized to provide a refund percorporate policy. Her response was ?food is still being pushed down from the grill and they are getting it out to people.? Thatwas not the case nor the excuse I wanted to hear. The orders were just sitting on the edge of the fry counter getting cold. Oneperson brought their food back and said the fries were still frozen. I feel there are multiple food service worker violations ontop of it all. The other front line workers were not much help because they simply stood around and did nothing. In fact, oneeven took a call on his cell phone. I was shocked at the lack of care and training. Hopefully someone in the leadership chaincan rectify this restaurant. Unfortunately this experience has caused me to lose my taste for Whataburger. Time spent here wewill never get back and that?s the worst part of it all. Read more
