We stopped in to order lunch to go. They were really busy with drive thru and dine in customers. There were several employees... working and every one of them was busy! Yet even in the chaos, things were running smoothly. I say that because I didn't realizeit was the noon hour when we stopped. We had someone meeting us at home at 1pm. So when I realized the time, we had 15 minutesto make the meeting. I was going to ask to cancel our order but the only thing left to wait on a onion rings with 1 minute togo. Remember, I forgot the time when I ordered or I never would have added onion rings! Timing was all on me - they didgreat!! The food came out delicious and service was excellent. Pretty upsetting dining is advertised as 24/7 open and you show up go in and a little guy tells you, and i quote"say man drive... through only" what a punk and try to be more courteous to patrons of Whataburger. Didn't get my food. Line was wrapped aroundthe drive through. This Whataburger sucks. Will never be back. Read more
This place was on point today! During lunch time rush on a Saturday they had everything coordinated and were moving orders out... quickly. On top of their quick service, the employees were great. So courteous and polite. Special shout out to Jana who was inand out of the store to help all the customers. She was fantastic! Read more
Poor service, customer is a burden to them. I ordered online from the Whataburger App, selected curbside. As always this... Whataburger is just dysfunctional, disorganized, and slow AF. When you order online, you can select what you want from the menuchoices, so there should be no reason you don?t get what you ordered. Welp? that doesn?t phase these workers, they can mess upyour order any time of day or night, no matter how slow or busy. I love Whataburger I HATE this Whataburger. I ordered a burger on the whataburger app, and turns out I sent it to the wrong store. Rather than telling me to go to the... correct store, the operating partner of this particular store, Evelyn, made my order anyway and it was hot and fresh. Not tomention they were extremely busy, and I wasn?t left waiting too long. My gratitude to the owners of this establishment forsaving my lunch break. Read more
