Although this Subway has a lot of negative reviews, renovations and staffing changes have been made recently. I remember going... into this Subway not too long ago and there would only be 1 worker in the whole store. Nowadays, theres way more staff and thenew staff is super friendly too. Occassionally they are out of some things, but I dont think that's an issue unique to thisSubway (lots of places are still dealing with supply chain issues). Because of this, I never order online and I prefer to orderin person instead so it's easier to customize my order. Overall, I would say that this location has improved dramatically and Iwill definitely be visiting again :) Read more

The employees aren't educated on online orders so when I got all the way home after picking up my sandwich, the order was... completely wrong because they couldn't read the order from their own website. I called and asked for a refund and they told me Iwould have to contact customer service and that they could remake my sandwich. When I came back for my sandwich, I had toexplain to them what they did wrong... then I emailed customer service and the manager failed to acknowledge that I even wanteda refund. We came in with a large group of soccer players, after a tournament game and DK was the only employee working as soon as we came... in there came another group of people. DK was very proficient and kind. He was helpful, and friendly. We had a great lunch andthe kids thought he was funny! Definitely recommend this location with this employee! He was great! Placed an order online, waited outside until it was ready, then went in the store to get it and was told they were out of... meatballs. Nobody could tell me how to cancel the online order, so they replaced it with a roast beef sandwich, and I kid younot, the bread was so narrow, it didn't even look like it was real. I don't know if they didn't properly proof it or what, butit was not the standard sized sandwich that I've purchased from other locations. Never again... Read more

WARNING! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! If i could give 0 starts i would! Ordered online then went to pick up in store, the guy... that was working said that they didn't have all of the ingredients to make my sandwich so he didn't make anything i ordered. Healso said that he was not the manager and could not issue me a refund and told me to call some number on the receipt, I calledwhile standing there only to find the number was not even in service. I then asked for a working number and was given the numberto a manager who works at another store but occasionally helps this location. She said she would void the transaction and toallow about 3 business days for it to go back in my account. We are now 3 WEEKS almost 4 weeks, since this transaction happenedand I still have yet to receive my refund even after numerous calls to the store and managers. I also called Subway customercare and was told there was nothing they could do since this location is a franchise. I will NEVER visit this location again. Read more
