I really wish I could give zero stars! I?ve ordered from this location twice and both times have been terrible. First time I... placed an online order and customized 4 sandwiches like I wanted and ordered 2 cookies. When I pick up my food and get home allthe sandwiches have the wrong dressing and I didn?t get the cookies I ordered. I called the number on the receipt several timesand left messages and got no response. Then I placed an online order a week later, got home and not only were the sandwichesSOGGY they were completely incorrect, none of the veggies I ordered, etc. I go back up there and request them to remake my orderand they?re out of chicken! (I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches) so I ask for a refund and get told by the clerk that I have to comeback when her supervisor is in. I then ask ?how am I supposed to know what hours your supervisor works to know when to comeback????. She tells me I have to request a refund online. And get this you CAN NEVER TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. You have to fill outa dispute in the hopes that someone will contact you, which they never do! So I had to file a dispute with my bank to get mymoney back. I will NEVER patronize another Subway restaurant. Read more
Do not spend your money here at 1288 West Main St. Lewisville store #2015 after 8:00 because the people here will not fix your... food, close early, and leave you with the bill, tell you to just file for a refund. There were five people after 9:15 p.m. andthey close at 10:00 p.m. The doors were closed and the lights were off when we arrived. Had to bang on the window to get anyoneto answer. He was talking through the glass which we couldn't understand and the guy opened the door he said I'm the only onehere and I'm not fixing your food just file for a refund. Not very impressed as I've ordered here several times before with noproblems not sure what's going on with the management but will no longer order food from here at this location.Good Luck if youdecide to do so! I really feel bad about having to write such a bad review of a restaurant. I really do like subway sandwichesbut no longer at this location. Walked in at 12:30, aka lunch time. No one was attending the store. Stood around for a few minutes. No one showed up. Left. If... you want Subway, go to a different location. Read more
They are all right always out of stuff and you can never find the worker it's like they are always in the back
