Went here on Sunday. My wife ordered the chopped beef sandwich and it came out chunky. She bit into the sandwich and was... immediately like there's no way I'm eating that hard and dry meat. I ordered it chopped. Then we tried to flag the manager downlike 6 times and they never saw us. We ended up just going to the them. We had 7 meals and spent $125 on absolutely the worstBBQ I have had. The sides were just ok, not great. Macaroni was the only thing that was good. I had the brisket and sausagecombo. The brisket portion was very small for what I paid for. It was a very disappointing visit unfortunately. When we spendnearly $20 a plate we expect a way better meal then that. We were hoping to frequent a new restaurant but after this visit Idoubt we can return. Read more
Normally everyone is nice and helpful but not today..11/15/22 went around 6pm. From the moment we arrived the person who took... our order was abrupt, unpleasant and didn?t smile. Who ever is making the Mac & cheese needs to stop making it. No flavor to the Mac. Kraft box has more flavor right now then your... product. Management is not checking quality of the food before it is being put out. Wake up guys! For the price of a plate thesides need to be up to par. Read more
Very friendly and helpful staff. The rolls were a big hit. I ordered a chopped brisket plate with fries so I was only able to... get 1 side. I wasn't impressed with the brisket. It was more on the dry side for me. I was told be a colleague that I shouldveordered the chicken. I would return but this time I would order the chicken and definitely not the brisket. Read more
Definitely not one of the better locations. Brisket and ribs extremely dry. Ask meat cutter as we went through line about how... dry meat was he said that was how they cooked their meat. They need to take lessons from Garland location. Meat is always niceand juicy at their location. Read more

It's been a while since I have been to Spring Creek. I could not believe how much it had changed since my last visit, I was very... disappointed. I normally get the Ham sandwich plate, this time I thought I would try something different so I got the choppedBBQ sandwich plate. It was horrible, there was so much fat in it & I don't consider chunks of meat to be chopped BBQ plus mybottom bun was so soggy from the BBQ sauce they put on it I couldn't even eat it. I tried eating the meat but it was full offat, it was a BIG WASTE of money. The rolls used to be SO GOOD, not anymore. The sides were very good, but that's all that wasgood.
