I placed a mobile order around 10pm and when I came to pick it up, it seemed no one was working. Ordered on the app while sitting in the parking stall. App wouldn?t connect to the screen when I checked in. I pressed the... button to let them know. A man told me he couldn?t find my order and there?s nothing he can do about it. When I described myorder and that I already paid he said to hold on while he looks into it. 20 minutes later no one told me anything else. A wasteof my time and I had to pay again. Very frustrating. A few months ago I would have given this location and Sonic in general a four out of five stars. Recently though quality has... diminished in service and app functionality. Two visits ago I never got any food because the app would charge my card but thenerror out stating to reorder again. I had reordered a few times and it charged my card each time. Each time the app errored outand I couldn't get any food. In the end all of those charges were refunded so good news on that but it doesn't help that for atime period there were multiple charges on my card until that refund was processed about a day later. My last trip they missedan entire order of large mozzarella sticks and made two burgers incorrectly. The app seemed to work on this trip good news thereI guess but this all seems to coincide with them adding a tip functionality. The US needs to go away from tipping practices tobegin with and just pay employees a fair wage. This option that has been added to the app has decreased my perspective of Sonicgreatly and makes me concerned about how well employees there are paid. I will be limiting my visits to Sonic here into thefuture and the only reason why I will go is sometimes they do offer some types of products I can't easily get it at otherlocations. Read more

-1? Wait times are ridiculous for what is supposed to be a quick grab and go place. We usually stop for just sodas and have... waited way too long (20+ minutes) just to get something to drink, especially during lunch/dinner hours. Read more

This location is very unprofessional! They rush you when you?re ordering and then miss half of what you say. I just ordered a... cheeseburger with an extra slice of cheese and get home to see they put NO cheese on it at all. I won?t eat a dry hamburger(that looks like it?s been sitting under a heat lamp all day) so I?ll just not eat tonight. I really wish there was anotherSonic close to where I live. Tried it 6 times now. 1for 6 on order right. Rude order takers that can?t slow down and listen to your order. Dry burger paddies... that are hours old. Ask for Mayo and they put ketchup. Ask for no cheese and they put cheese. Get a new manager already. Won?tgo back and try again Read more

I did not have a pleasant experience here. First off the person who took my order seemed to be whispering or at least talking... very low. I had to constantly repeat myself. I ordered the new smokehouse burger meal. A drink does not come with meal, so Iordered a large strawberry limeade. I had to repeat my order at least 3 times, so I was suprised when the carhop did not bringout my drink. Even though she quoted me a price that included a drink. When I asked where my drink was she reminded me mealdidn't come with a drink. I told her that I indeed did and the price reflected that. I was irritated and asked to speak withmanager. After a few minutes someone came out and I explained the situation. I also showed him the over done meager fries I wasserved, he looked at me and said he think I got a medium fries; nothing to the quality of the fries. He left and came backwith my drink and receipt.
