On 08/29 I ordered a smoothie by the app at 8 am. Went to pick up and they told me they were closed and wouldn't make smoothie... that I already paid for and then told me to call the number in the app to get a refund. There is no number and customer servicesaid I have to go through the store directly. I have been letting them know every week in person that they owe me a refund andtake my name and number and no one responds. Worst customer service ever. Read more
Awful and annoying! Have stopped by this location about once a week for the past 2 months and either the system is down, it?s... cash only, or they are out of very key ingredients. For the past week they?ve been not turning on the open sign sometimes they even shut it off early an hour before they gonna... close. Last time they had a sign saying they do not accept cash, only credit that really doesn?t make sense for them to betaking credit cards but not the cash they say that the computer is down so how can they accept credit card when the computer isdown They should be able to except cash.
