On 08/29 I ordered a smoothie by the app at 8 am. Went to pick up and they told me they were closed and wouldn't make smoothie... that I already paid for and then told me to call the number in the app to get a refund. There is no number and customer servicesaid I have to go through the store directly. I have been letting them know every week in person that they owe me a refund andtake my name and number and no one responds. Worst customer service ever. Read more
Awful and annoying! Have stopped by this location about once a week for the past 2 months and either the system is down, it?s... cash only, or they are out of very key ingredients.
