Ordered from doordash and the dasher picked up the wrong order. Instead of remaking an order with a milkshake they just sent it... again so I got oreo milk and a cold sandwich which I couldn't eat because I'm pregnant and because of health issues cannot eatanything that has sat for an hour or more. So spent almost 60 dollars on food that I couldn't eat, absolutely will not beordering again. Read more

I will never take for granted the convenience of a drive thru. Potbelly has a great selection of sandwiches. Always a battle... if I will get the Avo turkey or the Pizza Melt. I have never had any issues with my order being incorrect. Hopefully one day Ican take some time to dine in! Read more
I used this location for my basketball and soccer team box meals. Meals were always delivered perfectly without any mistakes,... for EVERY game, which usually does not happen when there are multiple orders. Wynn is very professional but cool at the sametime. Because of his communication and organizational skills our deliveries were flawless for 16 straight weeks. Thank you forbeing a great company with superior customer service. I was wanting to try something new and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the Italian and it was amazing. The guy running... the drive-thru was polite and very personable. The BBQ chips were actually a BBQ ranch and were also great. I live out of townand I would definitely make the drive to get another sandwich! Definitely going to be craving this place later!!! I'm sure they exist elsewhere but this is the first time I've been to a Potbelly that had a drive-thru. That certainly made it... convenient. I had a craving for Arby's but they were only taking cash that day so I couldn't buy my full order. I love pot bellybut I didn't want to get out of the car because I was already in my pajamas ????. I searched for places with drive-thrus nearbyand saw a Potbelly which surprised me. In fact I looked at several pictures on Google maps to make sure they really had adrive-thru. They did. The sandwiches were great as always. The person at the window was very friendly and even though thesandwiches are made to order, the wait time was very low. Read more
