Every single time I come here, something is wrong with my order. I have yet to have a complete order given to me here. Either... the biscuit or side is just completely left out. It?s actually pretty ridiculous that I can be the only car in line and youstill forget to put an item in the bag. Today I ordered an extra biscuit, but yet I didn?t get the biscuit with my meal or extrabiscuit. How can you forget something every time. Read more
My meal was not good. The tenders were hard and dry, and so was the biscuit. One of the tenders was just a little chunk, the... portion was not ample. Coming to this location ruined my day because this was the only thing I was able to eat. It was acomplete waste of money. Terrible value, and now I am still hungry! Read more
This use to be my favorite popeyes in the DFW AREA....after tonight it is the worst one ever. First I set in line for 30 minutes... get my food...the chicken was so small a toddler wouldn't get full! They lock the door at 8 so your only choice was the drivethru! I had to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes to get some more food! Never will I come here again! Read more
Came to this location specifically because of the Google reviews. The one young man young black kid gets an extra kudos from me... 10 star review because he understands the concept of customer service he deserves a raise and promotion. Ordered lunch while I was at work. I get a text message saying my delivery will be at 12:30. However, as I look at the tracker,... the delivery time gets later and later. Either there were multiple deliveries or the driver stopped at someone else's housefirst. The pooeye's app says the delivery driver is Peter. However, it's more like Maria. "Maria" doesn't speak any English, sowhen I complain that not all of my order is delivered she uses Google translate to tell me that her app doesn't list what is inthe order. So I tell her, with Google translate, it's on the receipt that is stapled to the bag. Grab the bag and the drink. Herresponse is sorry, bye. I tried calling the store, to no avail. Phone just rings for several minutes and disconnects. The storealso didn't put all of the order in the bag either. Poor customer service. Read more
This location accepts done in patrons. The service is great. The parking lot is tight and the drive thru is tight. I have never... had a bad experience at this location and I've been at this particular Popeyes over 20 times in the past year. They rotate theirchicken properly and keep the dining area clean as much as they can. Read more
