Every single time I come here, something is wrong with my order. I have yet to have a complete order given to me here. Either... the biscuit or side is just completely left out. It?s actually pretty ridiculous that I can be the only car in line and youstill forget to put an item in the bag. Today I ordered an extra biscuit, but yet I didn?t get the biscuit with my meal or extrabiscuit. How can you forget something every time. Read more
My meal was not good. The tenders were hard and dry, and so was the biscuit. One of the tenders was just a little chunk, the... portion was not ample. This use to be my favorite popeyes in the DFW AREA....after tonight it is the worst one ever. First I set in line for 30 minutes... get my food...the chicken was so small a toddler wouldn't get full! They lock the door at 8 so your only choice was the drivethru! I had to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes to get some more food! Never will I come here again! Read more
Came to this location specifically because of the Google reviews. The one young man young black kid gets an extra kudos from me... 10 star review because he understands the concept of customer service he deserves a raise and promotion.
