I love the Popeyes chicken sandwiches, and I have eaten them at plenty of locations across the country. This location serves the... worst ones! This store really needs to work on their customer service ???? I went through the drive thru to order when I got to window the... lady didn't know what I had ordered. Then when I got my order she acted like I unconvinced her asking for honey. She told me shedidn't hear me ask in a snotty way. Every time we order they are giving us the wrong chicken. We always ask for dark meat and they are always giving us white.... EVER-TIME we are having to drive back to up the location to exchange. Don?t bother calling, the number is attached to anotherrestaurant or someone answers and state this ?is not Popeyes.? 10/10 Gave 4 stars so you can read my post. Few people came on here to post that it was filthy-not true. Restaurant was clean... and workers were wearing gloves. Hispanic ran; which probably is why a few people thought it was a good idea to trash thisplace. Well kept and hard working employees with amazing customer service. I've been comeing here twice a week for years and they have never ONCE had a major problem or charged me for sauces! I guess... that all changes, because the new kids in drive through apparently said that he has to change 81 cents per sauces! I ordered a10 piece mixed large fries.... Outrageous.... Almost thirty dollars I'm spending and Y'all can't give me sauce? Y'all shouldhave a limit, and then have people pay for extra, ya are already so expensive like... ???? Also I asked if a 10 piece the sideof fries and butterfly shirt, they gave me popcorn, mostly crumbs and gave me a meal when I just ordered the entrees. O miss myladies in the drive through! This was my first bad visit at this location. I got the popcorn shrimp ???? meal. I asked the lady at the drive through if there... was cocktail sauce in my bag? She said yes. But later when I ate there wasn?t. Also she did not give me my dr. Pepper. Afterhanding me my food and credit card she closed the window and walked away. There was a car behind me so I drove away. Didn?t feellike circling back around in line. I guess I?ll just go to a different location next time. Read more

Their chicken has gotten so much smaller. They boosted the prices for the chicken sandwiches but the sandwiches are also smaller... and they did not have pickles on the sandwiches like they were suppose to. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches yesterday and they allwere just bread and a small piece of chicken. I will not be going to this location again!!!! Read more
