Ordered $62 of food online with delivery. More than 1 hour later no food. Called store and they said Lyft driver picked up the... food 45 minutes ago, it should be there soon. 1 1/2 hours later, still no food so, we called the store to get a refund. Manager said she can't find the order. Then she asked if we picked up the order. She explained they have no drivers and weexplained we ordered from their website with delivery. I asked her who picked up the food and she says she didn't know. Weasked for a refund and she said we have to contact the corporate office. Their website order support says contact the storedirectly. When we told her that, suddenly our online order showed cancelled and she asked us to come to the store and she'dmake the order for us. Get to the store, still no food delivered after more than 2 hours and she made no attempt to make itright, just wanted to charge us all over again for the food. Now it's 2 1/2 hours later and we had to drive to the store. Nooffer to offset the cost for all the mistakes. I'll never go there again. Horrible experience, horrible customer service! Read more

The food is delicious ???? if you have not tried this restaurant.. omg. What are you waiting for?? ??????? ??????? The staff is... always very friendly and kind. Yesterday I went and ate dinner inside while I did some work on my computer, it was clear thatthey were busy and under staffed. However, the employees on duty were running around and working extra hard to make sure thatorders were getting out as quickly as possible. I would like to recognize Jose and Omar for your hard work and positiveattitude. Because of people like you is what keeps me coming back. Had another great experience here, food was very good, salsa bar was plentiful, and the employees were friendly, courteous and... very helpful!!! They took the time to help us get our food to the table as we took care of our drinks, salsa and my elderlymother in law, who also enjoyed her first time there. Read more
Waited 30 mins. on a drive thru order for nachos and they not only got the order wrong, but I was charged over $40 for the order... of the car behind me. I was also not aware that they do not have English speaking staff, so my guess is that might not haveunderstood me. I'm guessing that was the reason for the mix up. First, my wife and I love the seasoned chips. And we love that we can refill on them. Also, the tacos are bomb. The chicken is... really good, but the steak is definitely a go to item. Read more
