So I ordered Hibachi combination rice which comes with chicken and shrimp for $14.95. Not very well seasoned or tasty, just... mediocre. Not a lot chicken or shrimp and overall the meal is small for the price and not satisfying. I ordered the marble drinkwhich is Ramune for $2.50. Ramune is a Japanese drink that's delicious and this restaurant will charge you a bit more for itthan if you purchased it at Walmart, which a majority of restaurants do out and upcharge on imported drinks. I have been to a lot of places that serve Pho, but this is the first time I met one I did not like. Restaurant was empty at... 7pm. Waiter was as nice and attentive. The table was sticky. I leaned on it and had to peel my arms off. Ordered Pho withBrisket and Flank. What arrived was 90% soup, 5% noodle and probably 8 pieces of tiny "meat" strips that were mostly un-chewablefat. I had to spit a couple pieces out because you can't swallow rubber. This cost me $13 with tip. Skip this place and choosesomething else. Read more
Very nice, open yet cozy atmosphere, many seating, great environment. Delicious food! Enjoyed their wings, calamari (great... texture), filet mignon pho, hibachi fried rice, and garlic noodles. They also had sushi and we tried the dragon roll which wasyummy and sushi wrapped in cucumber... refreshing. Extensive menu, so it suits different tastes. Good smoothie, too! I would like to first state that I only tried Pho about 3 times in my life before I visited this restaurant and I was still... waiting to be impressed. I can safely say that Pho Bistro II not only surprised, but surpassed my expectations. Our waitress,Connie, presented some great recommendations for me and I decided to go with the Chicken Noodle Pho. As soon as I took the firstsip of the broth I could tell that these ingredients were of very good quality and the dish was very well prepared. I wascompletely blown away. Other dishes my wife and I tried were the Bahn Mi and the bento Box. Everything was absolutelyoutstanding. Whenever we are ready to try more Pho dishes, we will be coming here without hesitation. My boyfriend and I ate at this restaurant many times over the last months and each time was phenomenal! We drove from Denton at... least once a week when we found out about this location. Their food is very good! We could tell that whoever was making the fooddefinitely cares about how flavorful it is. The owner is frequently in the restaurant himself, and he's very friendly,especially when he recognizes a customer who returns! We tried the pho (meatless and with chicken), chicken spring rolls,lemongrass chicken with rice, spicy garlic edamame, shaken beef, beef stew, and iced coffee. Everything was really good! Eachtime we tried something new, we were not disappointed. Food was ok. We ordered shakin beef that's the white rice in pictures, best out of all our order. The combination rice was just... okay. And the rolls came out as seen wrapped in rice, manager said you ask for egg rolls to get the fried. Read more
1st time here: Beef ph? bowl was on point, very good! I like the cleanness of the restroom, and the decorations art painting of... the Vietnamese culture. The Service was very friendly attentive and accommodate of my need: asked for extra veggies dish fof Ph?bowl. Hint to the restaurant: maybe clean the window more often; was dusty. Read more
