I called to ask about there grilled chicken and the manager hung up on me thinking i only called to see if they were open. His... comment was is this all I answered the phone for and hung up. I called back and told him i had been a manager for 30 years inthis industry and let him know it was unexceptable behavior. And rude. Never will be back. He laughed about it. I should?ve read the reviews before I ate here. I ordered a 2 piece combo , repeatedly asked for fresh food(It?s a habit) . The... guy taking the orders said , ?everything fresh?. I got home, and my food was hot, but chicken wasn?t done, and everything wasawful . I mean how can you go wrong with mashed potatoes ? Or chicken ? Chicken was over cooked on the outside but wasn?t doneon the inside. So I took it back up there and they looked at me like I was In the wrong for wanting fresh and cooked food. Food was great but the person taking the orders in the drive thru has attitude, we don't have anybody behind us at that time and... of course because it is a drive thru,we can't get our order fast enough because we have 3 adults and 2 kids at that time. Andit looks like she's in a hurry hurry to get our orders and not speaking nicely to us, so when we finally get our order, movingforward now, she's even rolling her eyes to us as we are receiving our order. If she had a bad day, she shouldn't take thatforward to costumers, she's carrying the name of this company and if she continues to be like that you'll have a bad rating tothis area. Read more

I went there today and asked for hot wings. He said their location no longer serves hot wings and they've taken it off their... menu. I won't go back. There are other KFC locations that gladly serve hot wings. Read more
