Awesome employees!! They are always quick at making orders. I am able to place my order through the app as I'm leaving work for... my lunch and it is always ready when I arrive. The employees know who I am when I walk in and hand me my order. They've evenseen my pull up and have meet my at the door with my order. The employees are always happy and greet you as you walk in and tellyou to have a great day. They are the best. Read more

Highly disappointed, Never tried Jimmy Johns before. And I see why now. Stale bread, couldn't see my sandwich made. Ask for... extra mayo and vinegar didn't taste a drop at all. Ask for cucumbers and said yea you can add that didn't receive a slice ofone. Just a very sad waste of money and trash customer service. Better off at Subway. Never again! FIRST and LAST! Read more

Horrible experience. My daughter orders a turkey and cheese sandwich with pickle. I asked to get plain which is considerably... cheaper, and pickle on the side (1.25 for a whole pickle). I was told by the manager Drew that it was against policy and I hadto pay full price, only to go back on what he said after I paid for the order. Read more

Think they fired the Freaky Fast delivery drivers and hired the Really Slow ones. 2 days in a row I?ve waiting over an HOUR for... my order. I live half a mile away. 2 days in a row they said my order had been delivered but alas it wasn?t. This location hasgone downhill. 1/10. Read more

I placed an order through the Jimmy John?s app yesterday which was on Sunday. I waited about 45 minutes to an hour for my... delivery. I then realized I was still waiting for my food to arrive. I decided to call to check on the order the manager/owneranswered and stated he tried to call me on the number listed on the app to let me know that my order came in after the store wasclosed. I asked for my money back John explained he couldn?t get in the system to give me my money back etc.. and that he set myorder for the next day to be delivered. Since John the manager/owner explained that he couldn?t do anything because the systemwas completely shut down that he couldn?t even get into it. I said okay to John even though he explained my order is set fordelivery tomorrow at 10am. I waited for Jimmy John?s to open called at 10am and another gentleman that worked there took mycall. I gave him my order number and he looked it up he explained my order was canceled. I asked why because the person that Ispoke to which was John said that he put the order for the next day at 10. I asked to speak with the manager which was John andI didn?t realize it at the time I asked why was the order canceled when he said he set it for delivery today at 10am. He said Iwas persistent in wanting my money back so he stayed back last night to cancel order when he specifically said to me he couldn?tget into the system, and basically just apologize. To didn?t say anything about what he was going to do or anything after heexplained to me the order was set for tomorrow delivery at 10.. then he says back I never told you that and it?s lie.. hecontinued to show no empathy or nothing about what he told me the previous day. I asked for the manager over him he said he wasthe owner and he could give me the corporate office to file a complaint.. again he showed no empathy or didn?t even care what hetold me.. and failed to follow up with me to let me know what he did. If I could leave zero stars I would! So I ordered on Sat at 1209pm because I knew they claimed to be fast. I prepaid online for... delivery. Despite my efforts to reach store, no luck. 2 hours later still no sandwich. I tried canceling the order online withno luck My sandwich was soggy and gross. The only thing they gave me was a cookie and no call or refund. I will never orderfrom them again as bad customer service is an issue for me when I'm spending $20 on a sandwich. I even can and email.
