Awesome employees!! They are always quick at making orders. I am able to place my order through the app as I'm leaving work for... my lunch and it is always ready when I arrive. The employees know who I am when I walk in and hand me my order. They've evenseen my pull up and have meet my at the door with my order. Highly disappointed, Never tried Jimmy Johns before. And I see why now. Stale bread, couldn't see my sandwich made. Ask for... extra mayo and vinegar didn't taste a drop at all. Ask for cucumbers and said yea you can add that didn't receive a slice ofone. Just a very sad waste of money and trash customer service. Better off at Subway. Never again! FIRST and LAST! Read more
Horrible experience. My daughter orders a turkey and cheese sandwich with pickle. I asked to get plain which is considerably... cheaper, and pickle on the side (1.25 for a whole pickle). I was told by the manager Drew that it was against policy and I hadto pay full price, only to go back on what he said after I paid for the order. Read more
