Changing my review, used to be 5 star, but the staff they had at least today was taking only one drive thru order at a time and... finishing that order before they would take another. And even then they were moving so slow. Only 2 cars in front of me and ittook 15 minutes to order one sandwich with chips. And no one came inside the whole time I was there. Had a mess up on an order, and was told I would get a free sandwich next time I came. When I came to redeem this offer they told... me I would only get a percentage of the original value of my sandwich... This upset me and I almost turn my back on Jimmy John'sfor life but the manager Seth came through and made everything right Even though he had no idea what was going on because thelast person didn't take good notes in the system! Jimmy John's has still managed to deliver a high quality product at a good price during this time of heightened inflation. ... Experience here is so much better than any Subway, and the sandwich is much better as well. Topping selections are morelimited, but worth it in the end. Read more
I order from this location at least three times a week. Over the last two months, everything has gone downhill. Takes an hour... for our sandwiches to get delivered, customization is never correct, not giving us enough meat like they used to, etc. I've had3 orders cancelled by the manager because ?their delivery driver?s car broke down?. Seems as if they only have 1 deliverydriver, maybe consider hiring another one? Nobody likes waiting an hour for a soggy, incorrect, skimped sandwich. Freaky fast sandwiches really take about 20 minutes to deliver. Delivery may be running late once in a while but I can still... get a good sandwich. If it is running too late then just call the store and they can give you a coupon for a free sandwich. Read more
I?m literally 400?ft from the location. If you order during lunch they are freaky slow. They say they only have 2 drivers.... Still, 30 minutes is not fast. Still like the sandwich but not worth $20 for a sandwich chips pickle and drink and a 30+ minutewait! Read more
