I love Jimmy John's, but this location continually provides bad service. They ignore my requests for napkins and cutting the... sandwich in half in every single delivery order. Changing my review, used to be 5 star, but the staff they had at least today was taking only one drive thru order at a time and... finishing that order before they would take another. And even then they were moving so slow. Only 2 cars in front of me and ittook 15 minutes to order one sandwich with chips. And no one came inside the whole time I was there. Had a mess up on an order, and was told I would get a free sandwich next time I came. When I came to redeem this offer they told... me I would only get a percentage of the original value of my sandwich... This upset me and I almost turn my back on Jimmy John'sfor life but the manager Seth came through and made everything right Even though he had no idea what was going on because thelast person didn't take good notes in the system!
