This location was 5 star for a fast food restaurant. Clean, nice people, food fresh and hot. Onion rings better than most.
The lady for the Drive-through has some attitude problem- I was trying to transfer money so I could pay and she kept on saying... are you ready , are you ready I had said to her please wait- but she kept on repeating the same thing- so with a straight face Isaid to wait! Then she?s like don?t talk to me like that! And she started to speak in Spanish to her coworkers and they startedto peak outside to see who it is! I was on the phone call with my sister making sure I get the correct orders for her kids!Everytime I come to this location I don?t see anyone sitting inside and there?s no wait in the drive way- I get it now afterthis encounter! Worst Jack In The Box Location. Emu time I?ve ever gone here there has been things from my order missing never fails! No bacon... or sausage on my jumbo breakfast platter. NO syrup for the pancakes. No sprite instead we were given Diet Coke twice! Is itreally hard to do you job right! Missing curly fries. Never got out order of churros. This is the only Jack In the Box location that can correctly fulfill my breakfast order. So I'm very happy!! Most fast food... places offer a sausage biscuit, which is only the biscuit and the sausage. I do not like egg and cheese on my sausage biscuitat all. It ruins the taste of the other two ingredients, in my opinion. However, Jack in the Box does not automatically offerthe sausage biscuit option, as do their competition. And other locations always have a big problem getting my order correct ,WITHOUT overcharging me for items that I do not want on my sandwich . Over the years, I've learned to order this as " twobiscuits , ADD sausage.". That way I'm not overcharged for eggs and cheese that I DO NOT want!!! And that is the problem atother places. Even though I specifically tell them two biscuits ADD sausage, and I say NO when they ask if I want egg andcheese; most of the time the employees in Dallas do not know how to ring this up correctly. They either ring up the SEC biscuitand leave off the egg and cheese ( meaning they are over charging me when I don't want egg and cheese) or they end up giving methe entire SEC, after charging me for such, but it is Not what I wanted or ordered. Why is there a garbage can in the way of the driveway to enter the drive thru?? It?s 11:10pm and it?s not closed till 12 am.... This is not the first time this place closes when employees feel like putting up a sign saying closed on the menu or blockingoff the entrance to order by the drive thru? This is unethical I am sure the owner is unaware!!! These are the autos to theemployees on duty tonight? In the 15 mins I sat here in the parking lot writing this there were about 12 autos pulling up andleaving. The guy named Calib states no cooks and closing early!!!!! As a lady sits and checks her cell ph people pull up andleave due to the place closing early? What a disappointment!!!!
