Absolutely the rudest management I have encountered. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this place. I had them try to give... me someone elses order. When I point that out, the manager took the food out of the bag to make sure I had not eaten any. Heopened the packages, saw that it was untouched, but declared that that was what I had ordered, meanwhile the customer who didorder it came in, he wrapped up the chicken and gave it to them, just nasty in my opinion. At this point I was disgusted at thelack of quality and asked for a refund. The manager became very mad and told me I could leave but the was no refund. Needlessto say I will not be back to a place that serves you food that the gave to someone else. Read more

Absolutely the worst pick up service I have ever had. Made an order online through their website. It clearly had curbside... service available as I had to put my vehicle description in. I chose this because I am disabled and walking hurts, plus it was asizable order for my family of 4. When I arrived I parked in the he spot clearly marked for curbside parking I called to letthem know and a very pleasant young lady said she would be right out. This is where they get the one star. She did come rightout to tell me that the manager wanted me to come inside to verify the order. I explained to her that walking was difficult forme, thats why I chose curbside, and I had already paid in full. She apologized, said she understood and had worked at severalgolden chicks, and none of them ever requested that, but she would help me bring the order back to the car. I went inside wherethe manager immediately took an attitude. He literally shoved a receipt across the counter and wanted to know if I made theorder. I took it, it looked like my order and he said fine. The nice girl who promised to help me was politely putting my orderin bags and the manager told her to stop helping and go away. I told the manager that I had a disability that made walking hardand it was very difficult to come in and verify something, he rudely cut me off and said his store only does curbside for uber.I told him that this was not what the sign in the parking lot said, nor was it mentioned on their website and he said he didn'tcare, you have to come in, thats his policy. Realizing anymore debate was only going to make me look like I was the problem, Ibreathed deep and let it go. He shoved the bags of food at me, I left with no offer of help. Needless to say, I will neverreturn to a place that disrespects its customers and does nothing to help the ones with a disability. Read more
