Went to order 2 pumpkin lattes with cold foam instead of whip cream. They still brought me drinks with whip cream even when I... payed extra, so I asked for them to be remade, but please don't just scoop it off. They then came back out with two drinks thathad clearly been scooped off and "cleaned up" using whatever method they wanted. So rather than have it made a third time withspit or something I asked for a refund. I was then in a shouting match with the "manager" who then tells me I can't have arefund I can keep that drink or he can make it over. It's covid going around, no masks, no gloves and I didn't trust the drinkanymore. Said we don't want ur kind around here, get out, ect. How disgusting. The one woman in the drive thru is so rude and impatient she will literally ruin your morning. I sigh everytime it?s her and not... the gentleman. (He?s always nice) And on top of that the coffee was made incorrectly, tasted horrible. After multiple times ofcoming here (I was a regular) and encountering a staff member like that I will be taking my business elsewhere. 151 is rightdown the street and they?re always so happy to see everyone. I am a very loyal Dunkin? Donuts customer. I visit multiple locations to get my coffee. I was surprised to get my cup only 3/4... full today because I asked for less ice. When I questioned it, the lady rolled her eyes. NO OTHER DUNKIN DONUTS DOES THIS. Tolose a customer over a few cents of coffee is crazy to me. Lol. Read more
Visited this Dunkin Donuts today to grab our all time favourite, Frosted Chocolate Donuts, and Cup of Coffee.The place was not... at all busy, with just 2 Customers, who were together, were being attended before me. The place was clean and well organised.The staff were nice & professional . Since it is near to my residence, I have been there a lot and the cleanliness of the placeand the Customer. Right into the trash?. When I asked if they had donut holes and he said ?a few? so I ordered 10pc assorted. They gave us donut... holes that were obviously from yesterday. Then I ordered ham croissant and they said they didn?t have ham. Then I ordered thesourdough breakfast sandwich because the picture looked so good. Always ALWAYS give you the wrong order. I ordered a pick up order for my husband to get for me and he gets home with their new... cookie butter cold foam with NO COOKIE BUTTER COLD FOAM. Ughhhh so frustrating, that?s literally the whole purpose of thatdrink and they managed to screw that up like seriously. Every time.
