Went in for breakfast early AM before work. No one in the store except me and 2 people who ordered take out. Once the server... took their order and had them pay he turned to me and to my surprise said he ?could not seat me because he had too much to do inthe back.? I asked him if he was joking and told him there is no one in the store. He said he was not, that he could not takecare of me (although he just took care of 2 others and I have been a regular there). Said he had stuff to ?take care of in theback and that his cook was going to leave soon.? No matter what I said he refused to seat me, even. But he had time to takecare of the 2 in front of me. Unprofessional and irresponsible to say the least. Why would anyone turn away money. And everytime I call for the manager she?s never there, and never returns my call. Pathetic!!! This is by far THE BEST Dennys I?ve ever been to. My server was Lola and she was amazing! Came in on a Sunday so we expected a... bit of a wait, but she ensured that we were well taken care of the whole time. She suggested the moons over my hammy with thered skin potatoes and it didn?t disappoint! Please ask for Lola if you?re wanting excellent service. Will definitely be back! Read more
I came in today to have a quick breakfast with my grandmother, around 10:30am, and were quickly seated at a small booth in the... back by the restrooms. We were greeted by a young man with a big nice smile and we were quickly given our drinks and beverages.I ordered a Santa Fe sizzling skillet with the eggs over medium ( very yummy ) and my mom ordered one of the 55+ omelettes withsome pancakes. The server did forget some small things at times like silverware and taking our menus away, but he was very niceand apologetic about it. A nice restaurant with good customer service. The menu has a variety of items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They serve... breakfast 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They offer all you can eat breakfast plate that includes cheesy eggs, hashbrowns andstack of two pancakes for only $6.99 plus tax. For an extra 99 cents you can add either bacon or two sausages. The service wasn?t bad and the food was good. But they need to clean the tables and booths off before they seat you. Not when... you?re standing right there watching them do it. Nobody wants to sit on and touch wet and sticky surfaces. Read more
The restaurant and restrooms were clean though our waiter was not dressed professionally. He was extremely kind and attentive... and readily engaged everyone in my party. However, when he first greeted us, a few from our party didn't think he actuallyworked there! Admittedly,. His pants were ripped at the knees, completely revealing his knee caps and his shirt was very dirtyalso. Simply put, he looked very unprofessional. Despite his dress and grooming, The service was outstanding! He really didwork hard to engage everyone and was very friendly! We all ordered the endless pancakes which was nothing to brag about qualitywise but the price was amazing (6.99). The meal comes with unlimited pancakes, eggs and hash browns and is served all day. Thefood itself was average and definitely well for the price. It seems they have uniforms so I hope they are providing acompensated uniform regularly to avoid such a meager dress. I've worked in a place where the employee had to buy their ownuniforms and it was $20 for shirts and ties each! Ordered two sandwiches. One came with hairs inside we told our server and it was remade. The other had dirty lettuce. Server was... nice but the quality and health standards are not. We were not given a discount or offered anything for our experience (theydidn't charge us for my side of fruit). Used to come here often. Won't be back. Read more
This experience was really great! We normally don't visit this location, but I'm glad that we did because the waiter was... phenomenal! I wish that I could remember his name. We went this week in the evening. I believe it was Monday evening October10th. The waiter was super friendly, extremely attentive, personable, and made the evening great! What he didn't know is that myson's dad had just gotten out of the hospital from cancer complications, and he really just wanted a nice treat after hishospital stay. The food was hot and good, but the waiters service meant everything and his smile and attitude really brought alot to the experience.
