Exiting Costco is quick and easy. Like that vending machine for bottled water is only 25 cents!

We ordered two pizzas, one of them came out wrong. Went back to return it, untouched, and received attitude from one of the... managers. I knew someone who went to another location when their order was messed up; they got a refund plus a free pizza.Unable to recieve compensation, we ended up just throwing out the messed up pizza. You need many more cart racks in the parking lot. Everybody leaves their carts just sitting in the lot because there is no place... to put them. Your parking lot is beginning to look like Walmart. Read more
Had to wait 40 minutes for a box of pizza due to two main reasons. 1. Somehow missed my order completely 2. When it finally came... out they never called out my number and I had to wait even longer than necessary.
