Two stars for the experience. Four stars for the chicken. I needed a lot of chicken (80 pieces) so I placed an order online in... the afternoon for a dinner order. When I placed my order I requested a 5:30 pickup time. I got there about 5:40 thinking theywould need a bit more time anyway. Food was not ready. I ended up waiting until about 6:25 before getting my food. 45 mins! I felt a little bad for the walk in orders that we?re getting backed up while they waited for my order. By far the best chicken around! Every time I am in the area I stop no matter if I'm craving something else. Yes, they can get... busy but what do you expect when it's so good. What ever you do don?t order from here on any delivery app. When I placed my order the wait time was listed as 45-55minutes... which is totally fine. However, the time just kept getting extended until it finally got to a total of 2 hrs waiting for myfood. I asked the person who was picking up my order if they could ask where my order was in line. It wasn?t until then did theytell the door dasher that they cancelled my order a while ago bc they didn?t have white meat left. I would have been fine withall dark meat if I had been contacted. Instead they wasted two different dashers time as well as mine and the people I wasordering for. Read more
The chicken was over cooked and dry. I wanted gravy on the side for my mash potatoes and was told they weren't able to do that,... which has never been a problem in the past. The inside of the store was so dirty and needs a proper cleaning. The food use to bemy favorite but will probably never eat churches again or at least from that location. Read more
Great friendly service with great communication skills. We ordered spicy chicken and were told it would take 10 minutes to cook;... we waited and we?re not disappointed with the order. It was hot and spicy; we will definitely drive over 30 minutes to thislocation and try them again in the near future based on this experience. Keep up the great work. Read more
