Two stars for the experience. Four stars for the chicken. I needed a lot of chicken (80 pieces) so I placed an order online in... the afternoon for a dinner order. When I placed my order I requested a 5:30 pickup time. I got there about 5:40 thinking theywould need a bit more time anyway. Food was not ready. I ended up waiting until about 6:25 before getting my food. 45 mins! I felt a little bad for the walk in orders that we?re getting backed up while they waited for my order.
