My kid ordered some ingredients without understanding there is extra charge while I was busy building mine,... and manager was nice enough to forgive the charges or offered to remake them brand new. I don't really like to leave negative reviews but today this location deserves that, and hopefully management would pay... attention and fix it. I ordered online a burrito bowl, and paid extra to get guacamole. Only to find out when I got home therewas No Guacamole in my bowl :( then I realized that no sour cream, no salsa, no pico de gallo. They just did a mediocre bowl andthat is really disappointing for a busy mom who works full time, was fasting all morning to go to Dr's appt, has a fussy babyand no time to go back to Chipotle Read more
Food is always wonderful at Chipotle. The atmosphere at this particular takes a hit because just about every table was dirty or... had piles of food sitting under it. I've eaten at Chipotle for 14+ years now, and have gone to this location since 2017. Something definitely changed in the past 2... years because every single order of mine irrespective of being online or in person have been botched up. The worst part is nooneseems to care nor want to serve customers properly. Add to this the price increases which are understandable given inflation.However, there are ZERO excuses to skimp on portion sizes. I had 2 employees look me in the eye and put in HALF portions onevery single ingredient. It wasn't even regular and I was definitely not expecting double portions, but its clear that theemployees were following orders to skimp portions. It used to happen a ton on online orders, but when they look you in the eyeand do it - that's straight up garbage. I raised toe issue with the guy at the checkout register and he goes "it's crazy right..that's how it is". How are you going to bill me $13.50 AND skimp on portion sizes, dude? Zero stars. This location is absolutely trash straight up DOG WATER!!!! Never order online they skimp dirty on portions and have... the absolute worst attitude when you confront them about it. The staff is rude the lady that opened the door to unlock it thismorning literally opened the door wide open to unlatch the second door and I was standing right in front about to say hi goodmorning thank you and she slammed the door in my face like excuse me miss how dare I come in to pick up my order. She made myonline order with pure hate like I literally had to get in line and order another bowl and had to ask someone else to make mybowl and let me tell you it was literally the same exact order and the weight was significantly different!! This location isinsane RUDE! The GM name is Erica and she needs to make sure her staff comes correct this ppl don't know how to act foreal likeeveryone their is appalled when you ask for help or get in line to order like I'm the biggest inconvenience for them. We LOVE Chipotle. We eat it too often if we are being honest. That said, we've been to a large number of different stores over... the years. This is 1 of 2 that are relatively equal distance from us. This one is North of us, the other is South off Park. Thislocation is without question the worst Chipotle we have ever been to. You'll notice a trend in the reviews here. I am not theonly one complaining about rude staff and portioning being out of control. This location has rude staff every time we go, whichhas been less and less when we can help it, but we have finally be driven to the point where we just won't use them. Here iswhy: pictures attached, but they do not really do it justice. PORTIONS. I am not expecting a buffet, but we eat enough Chipotleto know when you're being skimped. This location ALWAYS gives you such a meager portion for everything. Rice, Beans, Steak, allof it. These pictures are from our last 2 delivery orders, which admittedly we made both of which this week. Like I said, welike Chipotle. I have tiny, tiny hands and look how tiny this burrito is, and how they don't even fill up halfway the kids'meals (one of the pictures they at least gave enough Chicken). Also, you can see one of the kids' meals got only 1 tortilla,instead of 2, which was literally so dry and hard it broke off a piece when I picked it up. Larger portions equal less profit. Iget it. But this is the worst I've ever seen a location try to screw you over. Unfortunately, when we order delivery it defaultsto making The Colony location our store. You don't get to pick (at least, through the Chipotle app where we get our points). Asof today, I've been driven to not only write this review, but never order delivery to my house again purely so I can avoid beingserviced by this location. Placed an online order to be delivered. The label on the order was correct but apparently the person making the order just puts... in whatever they want. After trying to contact them with no luck had to throw my food out. Worse freaking service I have everhad. This place sucks! Read more
