Grabbed food here and the lady making the bowl Was nice but then they charged me for chips which I said I don?t want and they... told me they can refund it. Never coming back to this location. Asked for a steak burrito. They started making a rice burrito with a garnish of steak, asked if I could get more steak cause I... didn't come to chipotle for a rice burrito. They said that'd be extra. Weird cause I just wanted a normal amount of steak butwhatever, I try not to complain. They ring me up for $18.02 for a normal steak burrito. Absolutely ridiculous. Not coming back,ill go to Free Bird or taco cabana to get a normal amount of meat for half the price. Read more
I don't think I have ever been to a fast food restaurant where the employees were more inept at their job. If your job is to... roll burritos, you should be able to do it better than a toddler. If you have trouble finding a tortilla (3 mins to find them)and then can't figure out how to open the bag of tortillas, maybe you should be back in training. There were 6 people there andnone of them seem to care or knew what they were doing. 0 stars would be a better indicator of this stores status.. Read more
I recently visited a the Chipotle on main Street placed an order online and picked up within ten minutes. Today 8/23/22 I... decided to go in and order and I usually order half chicken and half beef bowl and a tortilla on the side. I got changed for 3extra meats and tortillas I never received but was charged for. For what would have cost me $25 dollars at the most I paid $38for 2 burrito bowls. The so called manager was extremely rude and wanted me to come back to show them what I was given not evena sorry!! The kids working here are absolutely not trained on customer service and over charging customers and then making themfeel as if they did something wrong is not a great way to earn business. I will never recommend this place nor spend my money atthis location ever again! If the store manager would like to reach out to me I will gladly accept a call to let him know what ahorrible experience I have had at this location! Read more
If you want to each raw rice grains instead of cooked one, visit this location of Chipotle. I have stopped frequenting this... location, every time during lunch hours, the serving people would be scrapping the bottom of the containers to prepare yourorder. And it is not a one time thing. The franchise owners probably did not train the staff well enough how to handle rushhours and how to be properly stocked up and presentable to the customers. Read more
I am not one to be writing reviews but todays experience forced me to write one. Today 06-11-2022 I made an online order... thinking I?d get to finally enjoy an amazing meal after having a long day. When I got home I opened my bowl only to find out theforgot not one or two toppings, but 5 of them. I?ve had times were they forget to add one or two toppings but never 5. I was sodisappointed to the point where I actually couldn?t even get mad. I just lost my appetite and put it away. After a long day thiswas the last thing I would have expected. The manager of the Lewisville location needs to get their house (the store) in order! The employees work like they don't want to... be there and that's how they prepare your food as well. Dont mean that in a good way. This location makes me not want to eatChipotle EVER again. Read more
