I have been eating at Chick FIL A since its comvepti9n and kntroductuon to Colorado and Texas. I have eaten CFA in at least 8... different states, and countless cities. I have NEVER had a an issue kr complaint until today. All around, I won't be back and Iwork 2 minutes away. Drive thru taker, told me to hold on while she finished a conversation with someone else who walked up toher, while I was sitting un my truck waiting to order. I ordered a large soda with my meal. I got a small. I asked for sauce,mayo and ketchup and did not recieve anything other than fries, sandwich and small drink. Not even napkins. Walked in to get mycondiments after I had to turn around because I already drive off, wanted to inform the manager, and all she said was sorry,didn't seem to really care. I order through Uber eats the other day and my order was completely wrong. So today I figured I would go to the drive thru, and... our fries were cold and soggy. My 8pc chicken nuggets had 4that were completely burned. This location has never been this badbefore. Management needs to get things put in order for future customers, but they lost me as of today. The food is decent, my kids actually eat their food when I go here. They were very disappointed that the play area was closed... off. That was the main draw to get us in the door. Hopefully they plan to reopen it in the near future. Besides the food whatis great is the cleanliness of the dinning area and I LOVE that their are hand wipes and disposable placemats for the kiddos.Other restaurants need to pay attention to what Chick-fil-A is doing.
