Whew. Not good. Staff was friendly enough, but the place wasn't clean at all. My chicken sandwich had some sort of nasty black... streaks on the inside and tasted "off". The ice cream in the Coke float had a gelatinous mass in it (looked like ice cream, butdidn't melt. And it was squishy/firm like a gummy bear. Not ice cream. Not ice cream at all.) On the bright side, the fries werehot and tasted good. We won't be coming back and may write off all Braum's based on this experience. Read more

Best place to get ice cream, milk and chicken tenders. My kids and I love to come here here a lot because of the varieties of... ice-cream flavors. The staffs are friendly, and they recognized everyone, especially the older staffs, they always ask how aremy kids and how was my day. Read more

My wife and I ate here this morning. The burgers we got tasted a little off so neither of us finished them. After leaving we... both felt ill and have been nauseous all day. We will not be back to this location and truelly hope they look into the foodquality. Read more

Who doesn't love great ice cream or yogurt? They're generally busy but they bust right through the line so no long waits. The... manager doesn't stand around and watch like other places. She jumped in where she was needed - taking orders, filling orders,and even bussing tables. Read more

My youngest daughter and I took my granddaughter to eat today for her birthday. The store was a much older store but clean.... First we ordered food. Everything was good. The oldercashier with very thin blonde hair was polite, helpful and pleasant. Theyapparently don't thank their customers though. My granddaughter wanted a lime sherbet scoop in a cup, the very young man wasvery pleasant, professional and kind. However once again when paying they don't thank their customers for shopping at the store.Where has customer service gone? I'm glad I don't live in that area, next time I will drive further for a staff that appreciatesmy patronage. Read more
