Tried to visit on a Sunday at 6:30. Sign at drive through said to pull up to window to order. After sitting for several minutes... (could see several employees standing around) someone came outside and told us that we could only order inside. Didn?t plan ongoing inside, so we left. In hindsight, it was probably for the best. Looking at other reviews, and the quality seems to havemajorly gone down. Just close this location already. Read more
Shut the doors of this location asap!! Took my family in on Saturday at 6 and the place was chaos. No one seemed to have a clue... what they were doing. My son told the young man behind the counter his order then the man walked away. Two young girls pop outfrom the back and everyone looks around like uhhh what?s going on. My son told them his order again and this time the responsewas we don?t have that. Ummmmn it?s on the menu? then it?s uh we are out. When I asked what they are out of they said it ispretty much everything. One chicken left. Ummmm it?s 6 on a Saturday and you don?t close until 10. How do you plan to feed yourcustomers with one chicken? The rest of the food looked to be packed up for them to close. It was 6!! We left and they staffsaid thank you. Went in a couple hours ago wanted to buy a family size stuffing for a work event and they had just brought out a full pan of it... for the display and I said cool I?ll take all of that. Man behind the counter says no we can?t. I said why. He said then wewon?t have any for display. I said OK so you go back there and make more that?s how a kitchen works. He said no. Something is wrong at this location. They're always out of something. This time, chicken. ???? It's a chicken place; you don't... run out of chicken! When should an employee ever sit on a counter waiting for a customer to walk in? The owner needs to spendsome time here and should probably hire a better manager. So I was craving Boston market for my lunch this morning. I went to the drive through. Order my food. And this is what I get... watery Mac and cheese that look like soup. And meat loaf that is burnt / super dry. If I could give this a negative 0 I would.Unbelievable. I couldnt go back bc obviously I have to go back to work. But what I waste of time and money. We ordered to go to have the food with the entire family. We ordered inside. The staff were excellent and the restaurant... spotless. The male employee double checked the entire order with us before bagging. We have a big family and our to go ordersmost places are a mess. Everything smelled heavenly. We will go back for sure. Paid $120 for a thanksgiving dinner that was stored without refrigeration in a truck outside the store. The Turkey was 70... degrees by the time I got home (15 minute ride home) and it probably had been sitting like that all day in 60 degree conditions.Absolutely horrible. Read more
