The first thing I noticed was the great customer service. Our server, Sean, was very attentive and smiling all the time!... Extremely friendly! We had ordered various dishes including the crunchy shrimp and the unlimited boneless chicken. The unlimitedboneless chicken is what you would expect but with a great price of only $12.99, and comes in five different flavors. It alsocomes with unlimited coleslaw and fries. The crispy shrimp though what's a disappointment. It cost about $17.99 and was blandand chewy. For this particular entree item, you could just as easily get a Frozen TV dinner for a quarter of the price and bejust as satisfied. Our booth, was a bit dirty and had many tears in the seating and a lot of food on the floor and in betweenthe crevices. Our table also had this red looking gel that seemed caked on and needed to be wiped off. All in all, although notmy favorite place to go, the employees and service was exceptional. Went in last night to see if things changed after 2 months. Amanda was my server and she was absolutely amazing. The world needs... more servers like her. Food took a bit but was very hot when we got it. She was very attentive. Did every request we had in atimely manner and was overall a happy person. Didnt see her not smile. I liked their food. Fair price. Inside atmosphere seem depressed. Employees were all with sad face, except blue shirt guy... (manager?), and one young lady with pretty hair color. All other employees (servers) did not care anything. Especially, someoneappeared to be late 50s (can't say he or she) was very rude. Dropped by for Easter lunch/dinner waited by the door for 15 mins, while two servers were talking by the kitchen area they saw... us but never came to us and let us know they?ll be with us shortly! Secondly had to ask the server to get crayons for my nephew!Then we ordered drinks and clearly the plastic glass was not clean, like did she not see it while bringing it or while puttingin the drink! Worse place to come in . I don?t leave negative comments but I had too. They?re not organized. Two servers came toour table to get our order while we gave out order! My server was not good at al! She?s dressed up with colorful eyeshadow forEaster , they?re not paying attention at their job. We ordered margaritas and asked for light ice and sugar rim, drinks were made and sat on the bar for 15 min before we even... received them.. on top of that I could tell that they didn't do the sugar rim and before they brought them the waitress did tellthe bartender and he got another glass and thrown sugar on it.. when brought to the table the drink had bare to no sugar and wasdripping everywhere from them putting it into another glass and made a big mess on the table.. we asked the waitress for napkinsand she never brought them.. we asked the manager and it took him 10 mins and finally brought them.. by that time I told themthey could take the drink back and just get me a Pepsi with no ice.. brought me a Pepsi with half ice.. its the concept ofsimple asks and none achieved.. the waitress brought the food and the food was lukewarm to cold, we did not eat the food and wasasked why, I told them about the issues and they said the reasons for the delay was that they were busy when there was only 10patrons in the restaurant at the time.. My wife & I decided to drop by Applebee's because we had a gift card. We walked in and we were promptly greeted and seated to a... booth. The restaurant was clean & cool, but it is still early. Then we were quickly greeted by a server. Our waitress wasfriendly & attentive. The food we ordered came out hot and appealing to the eye. I thought the food was average but wife saidthat the food had too much seasoning which spoiled her appetite. The other crew members that were in this location ignored thephone and customers at the bar. I think we'll just keep our distance from this franchise all together and spend money at otherworthy places. Read more
The reason for my 5 stars is for how the bartender hustling around the whole restaurant to make sure customers were satisfied!... Wow for Maya! Great worker that needs more teammates to join her in the great work! We have been here a few times and we Yelpreviewed about two years ago and gave you five stars. Today, when we got here, there seemed to be plenty of staff and we evensaw Jamie, the shift manager. Maya was behind the bar and took our order. After we ordered, more people came to the bar andMaya was all over the place, she was getting the to go order for the customers, taking orders outside and making drinks andserving customers at the bar. Wow, she hustle! With all of the customers coming in and waiting, we have not seen Jamie since. (We did ask and she is still on site, but she was helping in the kitchen) The rest of the staff needs to be more supportive andhelp around...Team work is what we need more. Read more
