I always go to this location. They have always done my coffee perfect everytime. Except last week, two days in a row my coffee... was not correct. First day it was cold, which was supposed to be hot. Second day, they forgot the mocha in my coffee. I calledtp let them know that my coffee was wrong. I wasn't mad, just annoyed. The manager was so sweet to fix the issue. I did notexpect free coffee, all I wanted was to let them know of the errors. That staff is amazing and always have my coffee waiting onme. Keep up the fantastic job. Read more
I just love the staff at the Lewiston Idaho location. They make my coffee perfect everytime. But, for 2 days it was messed up.... First day it was cold, when it should of been hot. I chalked it up to they were really busy. Second day, they forgot the mochain my coffee. Both days I called, not mad just annoyed. But again, I wasn't mad. So, the manager made it right. Today I orderedand she giggled and said I knew you would mobile order. Lol. All of them are great and I truly appreciate each and everyone ofthem. Read more

Good coffee. Latte's taste the same as at other Starbucks. Service was quick and the location was very clean.
Their service is okay. Seems a little bit robotic. Feel coffee prices anywhere is high. My daughter swears by drive through... service. I myself have a 150 Bunn coffee maker that's awesome. However if my daughter wants to buy a 7 to 10 dollar 16 Ozcoffee. Well she's buying. So I naturally don't refuse. The coffee there is ok by the way. Read more
I'm a regular...so fast and easy to order especially via the app. Staff is always willing to help occomodate. Knocked 1 star... for 2 reasons...first because, occassionally, they run out of basic things and have been inexplicably closed on normal businesshours (not a lot but it has happened enough). The other reason is for a company that prides itself with inclusion, it'sunfortunate they have zero hot food options for keto/low carb and only 2 flavors of sugar free syrups but that is clearly acorporate thing not a local Starbucks issue.
