Done with this store! I've been a faithful customer of Pizza Hut for more than 20 years, but I've never seen a store one so... incompetently. I had a complete a couple weeks ago and Amanda was nice enough to send me a card in the mail for a complimentarylunch or dinner I'm at Walmart currently I remembered I have the coupon at home so I tried to call the store and asked if I canuse it for order for dinner they said you sure. I ordered I was going to give them my debit card for to pay for the differencethat the card didn't pay for, I was asked a total of five times with the card number was I told them I didn't have a card numberbecause there wasn't one on there. And I can hear another employee in the background question me. "What card?!...by who??....what's the number on it??" I was asked if I had card with me. I told the kid on phone 6th time that I didn't have it on me. Hesaid to me, "unfortunately, if you don't have the car on you you can only take your debit card for payment..." At this point Ilost Patience and hung up.. you guys ain't going to get any more money on me. Your store is actually trying to trick me intopaying with my card even though I have a gift card from you?! Wow .. Read more

Pizza was hot when it arrived, got here sooner then expected as well. Ok with that. Also was able to taste the cheese in the... stuffed crust. That rarely happens. Totally happy with this Pizza Hut ;-) Read more

A couple of minutes after ordering delivery online, I got a text saying that door dash was bringing it which I really didn't... care for. I left a tip and that went to the driver luckily, but the pizza took almost an hour to get to me despite them foistingthe order off somewhere else. By the time my pizza came it tasted old and was obviously left under a heat lamp. I also orderedextra sauce which was not added and the pizza was dry as a bone. I'm honestly surprised that the order was even correctconsidering every time I order wings, they're the wrong flavor. I paid $10 in fees making the total $24 for one pizza which isoutrageous. I have no idea where my delivery fee went for this past order. I paid $5 for delivery only to have them tell me myorder went to door dash. I also noticed that if I don't tip at least 18%, my pizza will be late and old. It's happened more thanonce. I grew up loving pizza hut but it's been disappointing over these last few years. I have to say I was absolutely surprised and shocked and so overwhelmingly pleased with our visit to this pizza hut. We're not... from the area and inadvertently ordered a pizza which we thought was a pan pizza but was not. They had forgotten to put ourorder in in the pizza got rushed and really was not up to par and they replaced it for us. The service staff were stupendous!They were kind attentive apologetic that they had forgotten to put our pizza order in and even with that we're still top-notch.I was happy to have come into dine in and saw that everyone in their establishment was getting equally great service. I went in yesterday to place an order for an employee going away party. I had a few questions for the supervisor/manager as we... only get a 30 minute break. The supervisor/manager was awesome, very attentative and helped me get everything set up for afuture (today) delivery. The delivery driver was prompt, very professional and helpful. Great job to management and staff. Ireally appreciate the help, the professionalism and over great experience. I look forward to doing this again. Thank you! Read more
