Don't order chicken sandwiches from them unless you want food poisoning. Took a bite on the side of one tonight and figured it... was maybe gristle. Then took another on the other side and realized it was about 2 to 3 minutes undercooked and threw it away.Waste of 5 bucks. Read more
The evening shift employees were excellent. Even with the slight rush, they had everyone taken care of and on our way. Great... Job!!???? We'd like to spotlight the young man at 2nd window , David you are doing great! The dining area was extremely clean, and the service was very helpful and nice. This had to be one of the nicest McDonald's I... have been in in a long while. The food was hot. The bathrooms were even clean and smelt good too. Read more
Dont care about customer service and nor anyone but themselves..I have left 10 messages for the main manager to call me and... still nothing in over a week...I never had a issue in this resturaunt and thought the people were great till this happened...Iwill not go into the issue as it should never have been a issue..I have tried around 10 times to contact velvet about it and shewont return a call at all and you cant talk to the people from the main office.. Excellent service and friendly staff. Amazing retro look. They said they remodeled to match the very first McDonald's 22 years... ago! But will be changing to the ordinary standard look this fall. Everyone should see this place before it's updated. Read more

I didn't eat at McDonald's for 10 years. Just really didn't like the fake taste of the food or the amount of preservatives. My... kids love it. They ask for that almost every time we let them grab fast food for dinner. I have to say the quarter pounder withcheese and bacon deluxe style is pretty darn good. And the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good too. Not fully convinced butthere is some improvement in the options and quality. Read more
