The food wasn't like it use to be it wasn't great at all we ordered on line and still had to wait in line at the drive thru to... get the food because lobby isn't open at this time. Hopefully it gets better with time Read more
Anxiously awaited the reopening. Spent over $60 and got half of what I paid for. Thin little fish that was burnt, chicken that... looked like something from a horror movie, and half of the shrimp in the form of coconut popcorn shrimp. Ordered coleslaw,received none. We purchased a 12 piece family meal and when we made it the 45 minute drive home our 12 piece was a 4 piece, ?? we called made a... complaint and they agreed to replace the meal and that a manager would be also calling me and few days later manager named Davidcalled he apologized and offered to replace the meal and he also gave me the cost of the meal as well and I haft to say the mealwas outstanding as was the service..thank you Long John Silvers for your service and attention to the mistake and David fromLewisburg WV and his crew all do a wonderful job.. After a certain time the dining room closes and all you have is driver thru. We'll the time spent in the drive thru line is just... pathetic. There is just no reason a car should take almost an hour to get all the way through the line and get the ordered food.Plus the workers are so overwhelmed they are halfway rude and they rush you when you finally get to the menu to order.
