0 star. Server (shorter younger lady whose name tag didn't have a name) was extremely uncouth. I stared at my chicken sandwich... and fries sitting in the window along with other peoples food at the table(party of 4) for over 10 minutes. Took almost an hourto get food, not to mention we had been sitting for over 15 minutes before getting acknowledged. Got avocado on the sandwichwhich they just gave a quarter of an avocado not sliced or anything. It wasn't ripe, and had peel still on it, I told the serverand she just walked away, and we still had to pay for it. Everyone's food was cold. 100% will not be back, and I recommend toanyone to steer clear. The restaurant wasn't busy as we arrived, ordered, got food as we went before the church crowd. Amazing customer service! Even though are short staffed, you would never know! Mark, Duncan, Brittany and our waitress Becky... were so on top of things and friendly! We went to Ruby Tuesday the night before and it was terrible. Very refreshing to betreated so well and professionally. We will be back tomorrow! Food was hot and great too! Read more

I love Bob Evans and the food is usually good. But this location is lacking. You never know how long it?s gonna be to get your... food. Tonight was 48 minutes!!! And then we ordered dessert to go. It?s been 20 minutes and counting. Of course I paid the billalready are I wouldn?t be waiting. Unfortunately this has become all to common a problem at this location. And during this wholetime of waiting the waitress came to our table one time to check on us. No refills on anything. Cold coffee. The food was okwhen we got it. I know tech problems arise n stuff and places are short staffed. But this location has went from a place wefrequented a lot to hardly going to because we never know how long it?s going to be. And other local restaurants don?t seem tohave this problem. Read more
I ordered steak and eggs and the steak tasted old. My husband had the big breakfast with pancakes and he said it was good.

We went there last night and it was a horrible experience! The waitress was rude and ignored us most of the time. Our food sat... in the window under the lights for over 15 mins before she brought it to our table and it was cold. We had to ask foreverything from silverware and napkins. The food was terrible!! I?ve never seen so much grease on a plate. What is the blackstuff on the fries, hash browns and pancakes???!!! It was inedible! My granddaughter got the kids Mac and cheese and it camein a small bowl and was 2 bites worth. I can only imagine how filthy the kitchen and grill is! The health department shouldpay a visit.
