We ordered two Roast beef sandwiches with bacon added to them the roast beef was cold and the bacon was not fully cooked I... called the restaurant and spoke with the manager lady and She was very rude with me and argued with me and Hung up the phone shedid agree to replace the food. We went by there a few days later and the food wasn't any better the was the manager said theRoast beef was steaming hot when they pull it from the cooker well then how come it was cold and the bacon was half cooked andShe argued with me and hung up the phone Very very rude. I took my dad out for lunch and we ended up at Arby's because Bob Evans was so slow in searing people. I decided to try their... new Fish and chips. I got the 3 piece meal expecting it to be the 3 large pieces of fish like Long John Silvers. They 3 piecesof fish were very small. About the equivalent of 2 regular size fish sticks! This place literally saved my life. After I worked a 12 hour shift while suffering a hellacious hangover, they delivered unto me... the most delicious meal I have ever consumed. The 2 bacon cheddar roast beefs that I devoured that evening were preparedperfectly to my admittedly low standards that day. Was just there at 8 pm. Sign says lobby closes at 9 and drive through at 10. Employees sitting around inside with the door... locked and ignoring customers in the drive through. Read more
