My bacon, "egg", and cheese bagel was completely missing the egg. I almost always drive past this TH location, even though it's... closer to my house, to get to the TH another mile or so down the Road at Lazelle and High St. That location never messes up andthey have a much better selection of Timbits (including blueberry and sour cream glazed). This location only has plain,sprinkle, and chocolate - all ew. Definitely won't make the mistake to stop at this one again. I learn my lesson every time. Read more

Constantly out of products an hour before close. What?s the point in being open if your not gonna have your menu available? I?m... taking easy things like ice tea and vanilla cream donuts. Just close an hour earlier if your not gonna bother having items upuntil close. Poor management plagues this place apparently. Read more

So I?ll start by saying the cold brew coffee was pretty decent but the donut situation is unacceptable. I ordered two donuts... with my coffee and they stacked them on top of each other and the entire icing stuck to the side of the paper bag. At least putthem in wax paper so the icing can be saved. The other donut at least stayed somewhat recognizable and tasted pretty fresh. IWill probably still visit this location again sometime, but I will be sure to ask them to put my donut in some wax paper. Read more
