I've had their pizza plenty of times and usually it is really good, but tonight was not as usual. I was told it would be 45... minutes, so I showed up 45 minutes after ordering. When I got home, 8 minute drive, the pizza was cold as were the wings. Itreally seemed like my order had been sitting for 20+ minutes prior to picking it up. I had previously complained about the wait time of a pick up order and received a kind reply from management. We have returned... several times since that time and found the staff to hustle in small work places and with a bustling dine in customers at therestaurant. The cuisine continues to be packed with freshness and flavor at a great value. Taranto?s Pizzeria has become aFriday night tradition. I would highly recommend. Read more

We discovered Taranto?s soon after moving to the area and we were excited to try it. Once we did, we soon became regulars. We... don?t always have the easiest orders as we have a family full of very picky eaters so we can be *difficult* to say the least.Taranto?s employees always do their best to make sure our somewhat complicated orders are made to our satisfaction and any timethey?ve ever gotten something wrong, they never hesitate to make it right without making you feel bad about it. This placeranges from laid-back to bustling depending on the time/day you go. We?ve discovered the best time to go is usually around 7-8pm, however, they also offer take-out orders. As per quality of food, I have to put them at the top of my list for actual tasteof not only the pizza, but subs, salads, and appetizers as well. Everyone in our family finds something they love here. We eathere anywhere from 1-3 times per week! We love that it?s family oriented and owned so it?s nice to see how everyone workstogether, which makes for a much better customer service experience as well as a more relaxed environment. Prices are on parwith other local establishments, with even higher quality food! There?s something about the crust that makes this pizza standapart from others. They offer gluten free crust, hand tossed, and thin crust. I personally recommend the hand tossed, it?scrunchy, yet chewy with a slight hint of something sweet. Tried Taranto's Pizzeria at Polaris for the first time today! The garlic cheesy bread was so perfect, in flavor, in cheesyness... and the bread was perfectly toasted. We inhaled it. We then had fun making our own pizzas at the table and when they came outthey were perfectly cooked and we loved the spicy sausage, the cheese and pepperoni cooked up deliciously as well and the pizzasauce reminded me of a pizza hut sweeter sauce which I prefer and it really brought the whole pizza together wonderfully. Wewill absolutely be back to try some of their other specialty pizzas and to get more of that cheesy garlic bread! David was ourserver and was super friendly and helpful as well. Read more
Almost every time I?ve ordered from here the pizza arrives with the dough completely raw. Last night - I had to wait 15 mins in... the parking lot because my order was late - I ordered 2 large pizzas and when they were finally ready they brought out one largeand one small - one pizza was missing 3 toppings - the dough was completely uncooked Tired of paying for raw pizza.
