Drive through is incredibly slow due to drink issues. I waited over 20 minutes for a hot chocolate. Over 20 cars went through... the drive through, I had to ask a worker for help due to multiple orders being completed before I received my drink. I also hadto give them my receipt for some reason. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever frequented. If it weren't for my kids, I'd never go here again. My first job was at... McDonald's years ago ($4.25 an hour) and there's no way the kids "working" at this place would have made it through a week ofemployment back then. One kid who works the drive thru mumbles so bad when he "greets" you that it has become a running jokewith my wife whenever we're forced to go there. He must be an aspiring new age rapper. His mumbling and complete no gives a F iswell reflected amongst his colleagues, all moving at the speed of molasses. If this is representation of our upcoming workforce,we're doomed. Read more
Just went thru the drive thru....got a fish sandwich without the cheese. It was the worst fish sandwich, the fish was not hot... the bun was not soft and warm. It was cold and old bun. They charge $4.00+ for this sandwich. This McDonald needs qualitycontrol. So sad as I really like this sandwich. Read more
Waited over an hour for food. It took so long my order timed out from the screen & had to be taken again. Employees avoiding the... counter. Drive thru was moving because expo person kept taking carry out food. Water dripping from ceiling onto waiting food.Dining room was a mess. No napkins, no iced tea, & the soda fountain syrup needed replaced. Asked for a receipt several times,but did not get one. When the order finally came it was incorrect and ice cold. The cashier was friendly. I didn't get a receipt with my order so it sat on the counter longer than it should have and my food... wasn't as hot as it should have been. The fries were mediocre-not the McDonald's fries I'm used to-they were very light on saltand just didn't have much taste. Read more
Literal kids seemed to be running the place and ya know what....they were doing a damn fine job! Attentive. Detailed. Smiles.... Genuine. An obvious nod to who's vetting them AND training them.
