Either read peoples orders back to them or get a screen so we can see what you?re getting wrong. If not, don?t get an attitude... when someone looks through their bags (because they?ve learned not to trust it) and ask for the multiple missing items youforgot. Read more

Do you like playing Russian roulette...because going through the drove through is just as exciting. If you order a SPECIFIC... item don't expect to get it except they do for some reason get the drink orders right. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOULEAVE. If you have to go inside the store good luck trying to get someone's attention. Everone seems busy but not actuallydoing anything except ignoring you when you walk in. Last time we went to the drive thru and when we got home, the food we got was not what we ordered. Ate it anyway and figured it... was a one time mistake. Today after going to the drive thru, we checked our food before driving away and once again, completely different than what we ordered. Even the receipt was wrong. I am starting to think that they are always one orderbehind or just push things out and hope people don't notice. Anyway, we went into the store to get it sorted out which was ahassle because our receipt didn't match what we originally ordered. They did make it right and the food was good which is why Igave 2 stars instead of 1, but I am reluctant to ever go to the drive thru again at this location. Read more

I stop by this location around 2 times a month. It?s the best fast food restaurant around the Worthington, Westerville,... Polaris, Lewis Center area. The staff is always polite, friendly and they give you super fast service. They also say thank youand don?t act annoyed about serving you. Other fast food restaurants could learn a lot from the employees that work here. Also, KFC is still economical compared to other places. And I?ve never been disappointed with the food at this location. Justwanted to share my always great experience at this location. Read more

In addition to a large family order, we ordered a 3 piece (2 legs and a thigh) extra crispy meal. This was a drive thru order.... The family order was correct. When we got home, we realized the 3-piece order had 2 legs only. No big deal, right? We called thenumber on the receipt. No answer after multiple attempts. After looking at reviews on here, the phones have been an issue forseveral months (Why wouldn't you fix that?). While some of the family ate, we drove the 10 minutes back to the store to get the3 piece meal replaced. We explained the problem with the order and asked to get it replaced. At the window, the employee handedus a box with a thigh piece with no apology. We explained that we wanted the meal replaced because the 2 legs and biscuit werenow cold (20+ minutes old). Patricia (cashier from the receipt) said, "Well, that's not my problem. You should have eaten theother chicken before you came back over here." Had we been able to contact them by phone, this may have been easily hashed outbefore we drove back over. Additionally, I paid ~$7.50 for a 3 piece, fresh, and (relatively) hot meal. Not a meal with one hotcomponent. Why should I have cold chicken based on KFC's mistake? When we opened the box she gave us, we saw that it was verygreasy original thigh instead of extra crispy as originally ordered and explained (at least twice) in the drive thru. After somemore back and forth involving Patricia muttering and rolling her eyes, she did give us the extra crispy piece but refused toreplace the cold food. After coming inside the store, listening to Patricia muttering, and bringing back all of the meal we gota refund for the 3 piece. Shockingly, they offered to replace the meal at this point but, after this level of headache over onepiece of chicken, I did not trust them to complete that simple order. Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru and they told me I had to come inside to get it. There were no cars in the... drive thru and the mobile order area is right by their window. No one was inside ordering, they weren?t busy. Didn?t get anynapkins, forks, or a straw. I ordered a regular fill up bowl but they gave me the Mac and cheese one. ???????? Read more

Got the 12 piece tender meal tonight as a treat and when we got home I was completely blown away when I opened up the chicken... bucket, and not for a good reason. The tenders were so thin and small 12 barely took up 1/3 of the bucket. They were all hardand dry, also they were so thin there was barely anything but breading in some areas. I don?t know if this is the new standardsince they were out of tenders for a bit but we were so disappointed and my kiddo couldn?t even eat them because they were tootough for her to bite into. Normally a 12 piece bucket leaves at least half left for her to eat the next day but since non ofthis chicken is edible I have to try and find something else for her to eat before bed. The potatoes and biscuits were good butit?s sad that someone would actually serve this to a customer. Read more
